You Can now Boost a WLAN (Wireless Area Network) or WiFi (Wireless Fidelity) signal from your Android Smartphone that is running Lillipop Version 5.0. This setting enables your phone to get a better WiFi connection signal when the signal is weak. No need of downloading a WLAN signal boost app. We all know Android Lillipop 5.0 accepts both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz WiFi connections.

Steps:

1.Go to 'Settings' then select 'WLAN' option.

2. Under 'WLAN' click on the three dotted line on the top right hand side of the screen to get the 'WLAN' settings, on he drop down menu select 'Advanced'.

3. 'Advanced WLAN' settings will apear, Scroll down to 'WLAN Signal Boost'...

4. Then lastly check the 'WLAN Signal Boost' checkbox to enable WLAN Signal Boost. Once its checked you are good to go.

So when you are going shopping for a Smartphone, always check its storage capacities mostly the internal storage, RAM (Random Access Memory),  Camera pixels both front and back and  finally not forgetting its Operating System version.
